Candidate Requirements

Fluent in Swedish/Norwegian or Danish & English (write, read, speak)
Call Centre or any Customer Services experience an advantage – training will be given
Assist existing clients with information, answer their questions, requirements & complaints
Excellent communication skills & phone manner with a calm and friendly attitude
Above market related salary + benefits
