We are looking for a suitable Candidate to fill the role of an Operational Branch Manager

Core Purpose of the job: Assign and direct all work performed in the branch and to supervise all areas of operation. Manage staff, foster a positive environment and ensure customer satisfaction and proper branch operation

Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources modelling, leadership technique, and coordination of people and resources. Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.

You will be required amongst others to:

1.            Control Debtors:

2.            Expenditure and Asset Control:

3.            BUDGET & ASSET CONTROL: Control of operational budget and assets.

Responsibilities: The incumbent will be responsible for the growth and performance of the branch, managing all expenditure and assets. In addition you will manage the branch staff and the entire operational activities at the branch

Requirements: Must be highly analytical, results-oriented and be able to multi-task, negotiate, and work in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in English. Valid Driver’s Licence. Excellent Verbal and Written Skills. Computer literate. Grade 12/Matric and Management diploma or degree.
