We are a leading well known and loved SA insurer. The digital marketing department is looking for an outcome-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist to join our performance marketing team. As the Digital Marketing Specialist, you will work across all performance channels including but not limited to Display, Google Marketing Platforms (Google Ads & DV360). The ideal candidate should be familiar with managing and optimising large-scale campaigns to reach new and existing well-performing audiences.
·Assist in the development of marketing campaigns using digital channels;
·Taking ownership for the successful delivery and deployment of creative campaigns across all display platforms;
·Working closely with all media partners;
·Running programmatic campaigns, developing strategies and optimisation to achieve the desired goal;
·Make use of ad serving technologies such as Google Ads and Google Marketing Platform;
·Partner with marketing team members to develop integrated efforts across channels, on new and upcoming campaigns;
·Develop a total understanding of digital audiences marketing through targeting techniques;
·Provide campaign performance reporting and analysis on a daily, weekly and monthly basis; as well as any other segmented reporting to support performance changes.
·Stay on top of the always-evolving digital marketing landscape, from industry news to emerging technology.
·Assisting the Digital Marketing Team Lead with day-to-day tasks and ad-hoc implementation including the writing of creative briefs for creative needs across Search, Video and Display and facilitating the compliance process.
digital marketing : 5 to 6 years
DV360 : 4 to 5 years
google marketing : 4 to 5 years
·A degree or post-graduate qualification in marketing, advertising, statistical qualification or equivalent experience.
·More than 2 – 5 years of experience working in digital marketing;
·Solid display digital media experience;
·Solid paid media experience within Google Marketing Platform, RTB and Programmatic media buying;
·Have had exposure to DV360 and Campaign Manager;
·Working with large data sets to drive insights and recommendations;
·Detail-oriented with a focus on driving performance;
·Being Google certified would be an advantage.
·Very Strong MS Excel skills;
·Have excellent organisational skills;
·Very high attention to detail and accuracy;
·A natural flair for and understanding of digital opportunities;
·Excellent numerical and analytical ability;
·Administrative and time management skills;
·Excellent English verbal and written communication skills;
