Successful FMCG manufacturing company based in the beautiful town of Stellenbosch is looking to employ a Business Analyst who will work closely with stakeholders to identify goals, develop best practices for data collection, and analyse current processes to determine what can be improved to achieve the company’s desired outcome.

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS

• Creating a detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities and solutions for a business
• Budgeting and forecasting
• Planning and monitoring
• Financial modelling
• Variance Analysis
• Pricing
• Reporting
• Defining business requirements and reporting them back to the CEO / stakeholders

REQUIREMENTS

Previous experience in Business / Systems Analysis

• A degree in IT, Information Systems, Computer Science, Accounting, Stats or relevant equivalent qualification
• Proven experience in eliciting requirements and testing
• Experience in analysing data to draw business-relevant conclusions and in data visualization techniques and tools
• Solid experience in writing SQL queries – Expert
• Excel - Expert
• Strong written and verbal communication skills including technical writing skills - Expert
