KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

-Responding to all incoming queries, via all contact mediums including but not limited to: calls, live chat, e-mail

-Ensuring that all communication and volume received during their respective shift is dealt with in the required timeframe and manner

REQUIREMENTS:

-Speak, read and write Portuguese

LOCATION:

-Cape Town 

SALARY:

-R14 000 - R15 000
