Duties and Responsibilities:

·       Load New employees on system

·       Terminate employees on system

·       Capture general input on system

·       Assist team members when requested by supervisor

·       Processes all pay deductions for employees

·       Resolve employee queries i.e. payslip request, leave forms etc

·       Confirmation of employment

·       Filing

·       Maintains accurate wage records for each employee

·       Any adhoc department duties.

·       Balance Sheet recons

·       Monthly payments

·       Month end GL uploads and balancing

·       3^rd party preparations and payments

·       Queries escalations

·       Process owner

·       Ability to maintain 100% confidentiality when request by the manager

·       Ability to work additional hours during month ends and payroll runs or whenever required

·       Apply changes on systems once approved by the manager

·       Non compliance issues to be raised to manager at all times

·       Follow up on outstanding matters weekly and respond to e-mails within 48 hours
