Are you always up to date with the latest news? Then we're looking for you! Briefly News is on the hunt for an Evening news writer (remote)!

WHAT TO DO:

Write 8 articles a day (a mix of original, exclusive and re-written / aggregated news) that you will source yourself.
Source multi-media to accompany your articles.
Source images to accompany your articles using our tools.
Publish articles on the CMS.
Post articles on Facebook.

WHAT WE OFFER:

The salary on offer is $450 - $650 pm depending on experience.

Required Skills

writing : 2 to 3 years
journalism : 2 to 3 years

Candidate Requirements

REQUIREMENTS:

A good laptop/PC (at least Intel 3);
Good, stable and reliable internet connection (uncapped, with a line speed of at least 4MBps). Cellphone data is not acceptable;
A qualification in journalism and/or previous writing experience;
Independence and dedication as this is a home-based position;
Good communication skills.
