The incumbent’s primary duties will be to:
· Maintaining and providing support in the various human resource functions
· Overall calendar, duties and time management
· Responsible for compiling, maintaining and adopting minutes for all HR meetings
· Team development, open communication and engagement
· Maintain or assist in developing good relationships between employers and employees
· Attend to employee surveys and enquiries as requested
· To assist with adhoc HR duties and queries as the need arises
· Assisting with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties
· Providing clerical and administrative support to Human Resources team
· Compiling and update employee records (hard and soft copies)
· Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities
· Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys etc) and take minutes
· Assist in preparation of providing relevant data and reports as requested
· Manage HR Processes assigned to you in your respective role
· Checking and overseeing the update of all employee files and related records
· Ability to work on internal databases
· Maintain and provide support to the Assistant Company Secretary
· Pay Annual Returns at the end of every month
· Supply other colleagues with information or documents regarding the companies, that are on the server.
· Make sure CIPC disclosures stay current, pull twice a year for all companies.
· Share transfers to be done on the Secware system, reports to be pulled whenever new transfers are done.
· Share certificates to be made and sent out.
· Assist with board meetings and AGM’s
· Assisting with day to day operations of the Legal functions and duties
· Manage Legal Processes assigned to you in your respective role
· To assist with adhoc Legal duties and queries as the need arises
· Ability to work extended hours and weekends.
· Grade 12
· Relevant formal qualification
