The purpose of the role is to manage the recruitment function as a shared services environment by providing support to Operations and relevant stakeholders throughout all business units. Manage the talent acquisition process from end-to-end and build the brand of Oneplan as an employer of choice. Align Oneplan’s talent management processes in accordance with best practices.
o5 - 8 years recruitment experience (essential)
oRecruitment experience within financial services (advantageous)
oExperience in Corporate environment (preferred)
oExperience in Agency environment (advantageous)
oGrade 12 with English and a second language (preferred)
