THE COMPANY:

A multi-national organization who excels at providing outsourced customer contact services including concern resolution, technical support, sales and marketing support, and business process management.

RESPONSABILITIES:

• Moderate customer's reviews and respond to their queries via email
• Demonstrates clear and polite written and oral communication
• Demonstrates appropriate sense of urgency for reviews and email response times and service levels
• Follows company policies and processes in order to process customer requests appropriately

REQUIREMENTS:

• Speak, read and write Deutsche/German fluently
• Good interpersonal skills
• Must be deadline and target driven
• Computer literate

• Silverton, Pretoria (Currently temporarily home based due to pandemic) 

Working hours:  

• Monday – Friday [09h00-18h00 / 10h00-19h00] (No weekends)

Salary: 

• R12 000 – R 14 000 Gross 

It is a compulsory requirement that you provide a stable internet connection, preferably Fibre with a minimum Data speed of 10mbps. Work related data usage will be approximately 10 GB per month.
