The Control Room Operator/Security Officer is accountable to the Control Room Manager for the scheduling of security officers, monitoring check calls, responding to telephone and email queries and a variety of administration duties. This will include compliance, statutory, contractual and company regulations and processes.

Security Control Room : 2 to 3 years
2+ years of security control room experience
An intermediate knowledge of Microsoft products is essential (word, excel, power point and outlook)
Planning & Organisational Skiils with experience of time management/ prioritising

Professional or further qualification in Security Management is advantageous
