ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Performance management
Responsible for the KPI process in the Company. This includes making recommendations to the process as well as bonus schemes for approval and implementation by Ops Manager.
Audit Job descriptions and make necessary changes when needed.
Equip Managers to handle probationary and KPI reviews, onboarding and induction.
Filling and auditing of KPi’s received.
2. Full Recruitment function up to Senior Management Level, which includes:
