Our client has a position within Internal / Counter Sales – Hardware within their Sales Department.
Open position : Internal / Counter Sales - Hardware Location : Port Elizabeth Salary : Market related Type : Permanent Working hours : Monday to Friday 8 – 17:00 AND each alternative Saturday 8 – 13:00 Reporting to : Branch Manager
Duties : · Source new sales opportunity through inbound lead follow up and outbound cold calls and emails · Understanding customer needs and requirements · Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure · Close sales and achieve monthly targets by external customer visits as well as telephonic sales · Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest · Maintain and expand your database of prospects · Team with channel partners to build a pipeline and close deals · Follow any legal instruction from Management pertaining to company interests and the promotion thereof
General duties : · Assist where needed when required in other departments - Carry out any Lawful and Reasonable Instruction related to work - Any other ad hoc functions required by management
