Digital Marketing Agency based in Durban is currently looking for a Traffic Manager with excellent interpersonal skills and that can work alongside brand managers to ensure projects are resourced to maximum efficiency while keeping the business, the people, and shareholders priorities top of mind.
The role requires admin, accuracy, and strong attention to detail; you will be well-organized and unflappable. We are looking for someone with experience in advertising agencies (Digital, ATL and BTL).
Three years’ experience working as a Traffic Manager
Attention to detail and consistency
Take ownership and work in an autonomous manner
Strong communication skills with the ability to manage key stakeholders
A can-do attitude and a willingness to go the extra mile, including work after-hours as needed.
Understanding chase is not a requirement but will be helpful
Understanding of advertising and the creative process.
Duties & Responsibilities
Schedule and traffic work into studio, social media, strategy and content marketing from small tasks to large workflows across digital, BTL and ATL.
Facilitate creative workflow planning with projects managers/ brand managers and department heads.
Interact with brand managers and the production team.
Plan and facilitate planning & traffic management meetings.
Plan and find solutions and lead capacity planning with the rest of the traffic team.
