TreasuryONE is looking for an energetic self-starter to join their project team!
The Project Coordinator takes responsibility to plan and coordinate various Treasury Management services for our clients.
Attend meetings and recording decisions
Manage project scope and raise alarm when duties exceed those agreed upon by client
Manage project timeline and report of any changes or delays
Schedule regular meetings and record decisions (e.g. assigned tasks and next steps)
Break projects into doable tasks and set timeframes and goals and ensure these goals are met with constant follow up
Create and update workflows
Conduct risk analyses
Prepare and provide documentation to internal teams and key stakeholders
Retrieve necessary information (e.g. user/client requirements and relevant case studies)
Report on expenses and project costs – proactively anticipate potential issues
Coordinate quality controls to ensure deliverables meet requirements
Report on project performance
Act as the point of contact for all participants
2 years Work experience as a Project Administrator / Coordinator
Diploma or certificate in related field
