The HR Administrator will provide support to the HR Manager in the various human resource functions, which include recruitment, onboarding, reporting, compliance and general administration
Employee relations: Assist with all disciplinary enquiries, performance issues
Engaging with external service providers – SEESA (labor relations) and ICAS (employee assistance)
Facilitation with onboarding and training
Manage and action all daily operational HR processes and activities for the office including onboarding, HR admin, administration of internal employee relations matters, termination processes, etcCo-ordinate recruitment, selection and on-boarding of all new staff
Book and co-ordinate any training
Provide a high level of customer service to assist the staff in all HR related areas
BEE - Facilitation of learnerships, EE
Facilitate the skills development program as well as submission of Workplace Skills plans annually
Ensure submission of the Employment Equity Plan & committees
Maintain employee records and files
Assist in implementation of human resource processes and policies.
Assist with termination process involving preparation of separation paperwork and exit interviews.
A diploma in HR
2 years’ minimum HR experience
Knowledge / SKills
Understanding of BCEA
Excel, Word and Outlook
