Market related salary

• Manage the contents of the stockroom and stock situated on the stockfloor
• Ensure stock is received and recorded accurately according to company policies and procedures.
• Ensure that Finance office receives all packing slips, delivery notes and invoicing once stock has been reconciled.
• Ensure correct dispatch procedures are followed at all times according to company policies and procedures.
• Maintain accurate stock records throughout the month.
• Ensure existing inventory is well organized and maintain required stock levels.
• Preparation of stockroom and procedures for monthly stock take.
• Responsible for resolving stocktake variances
• Ensure that stock takes are undertaken in a professional and accurate manner
• Ensure stock room is kept clean and neat with sufficient stock labelling, racking, placement with controlled access.

• Ensure no stock is removed without stock requisitions and project code allocations appropriately approved
• Ensure claims are immediately reported in terms of faulty goods, late deliveries.
• Obtain PO’s from Finance to ensure all stock received agrees to purchase orders issued to suppliers
• Ensure production is adequately supported
