Essential Criteria:

• Speak read and write German together with English
• 2 Years’ experience post qualification

Duties include, but not limited to:

• Responding to customer queries by telephone, email and online chats in the German Language
• Handling and taking full responsibility for customer related queries

Salary:

• R17 000 - R18 000
• Hours worked on a Sunday are paid at 1.5 X the normal hourly rate
• Hours worked on a Public Holiday are paid at 2X the normal hourly rate
