About the position:
This position requires someone who embraces job variety, is hands on, pro-active, energetic and organised. The position of employment will be in the group’s property administration company. The successful candidate will be located at reception with reception duties constituting 40% of work scope and administrative duties 60%.

Responsibilities:
- Professionally dealing with all switch board/ telephone calls and appropriately directing calls and related messaging;
- Receiving visitors in an appropriately safe and professional manner and directing accordingly;
- Checking Emails and directing emails requiring attention of others efficiently, and follow up that email;
- Appropriately and pro-actively dealing with visitor and CEO catering needs;
- Ensuring a general clean state of the office and that sufficient office cleaning, stationery, and catering supplies are maintained;
- Ensuring all company mail is received, recorded, appropriately and timeously distributed; and
- Assist with various property administration, insurance administration and accounting department tasks and executing these diligently, and efficiently.

Candidate Requirements
Key requirements:
- Matric;
- Post matric setretarial and /or administration qualkification will be beneficial;
- A minimum 3 years relevant experience in office administration and receptionist duties;
- Be MS Office applications use efficient;
- Be multi-lingual (i.e. English, Afrikaans & isiXhosa) will be an advantage; and
- Having experience in working in finance administration will be an advantage.
