BCI Properties is an established real estate agency with offices in Kempton Park, Sandton and Pretoria. 17 years trading history with a combined 75 years in property experience across management and admin staff.

All systems and tools of the trade are provided.

Required Skills

real estate : 1 to 2 years
rental agent : 1 to 2 years

Candidate Requirements

Requirements:

Has own laptop and cellphone
Has own vehicle
Currently holds a valid FFC
Has a track record selling at least 1 property per month
Has a track record of concluding at least 5 new lease agreements per month
Holds a relevant real estate qualification (NQF4)
Has passed the PDE4, or is enrolled to write the PDE4 in 2021
Is a self-started, motivated to work and requires little supervision
Undersdants the sales process
Is proficient in residential letting
Must be familiar with the TPN Lease Pack and systems
Understands FICA
Must not have had his or her FFC withdrawn or revoked as a result of contravening with the EAAB Code of Ethics
