We are recruiting for an experienced Catering Manager position vacant within our Retirement Village Contract, the potential candidate should be able to work with the elderly, passion for food, functions and have a strong adminstravtive and managerial skills. It is a seven 7 days operation.
management : 5 to 6 years
The successful applicant would:
Preferably be in possession of National Diploma in Food Services Management or equivalent;
Have proven culinary skills in order to be hands-on and innovative with experience in special diet catering
More than 3 years management experience, preferably in a retirement village/ home for the aged;
Be computer literate (MS Word, Excel & Outlook);
Have strong administrative/financial/control and communication skills;
Have an affinity for working with the aged.
Have strong IR skills
Preferably have his/her own transport.
Bilingual - should be fluent in English and Afrikaans
