Our client requires the services of a Vehicle Service Centre Admin Assistant who will be responsible for all administrative duties within the relevant Technical Department
Key performance areas:
- Purchase process management through the request of quotations, order placement and order management
- Management of stock levels through ensuring stock counts and stock process flow.
- Administration of scheduled and planned maintenance
- Monthly toolbox inspections, reporting and replacement of tools
- Administration of diesel usage
- Weekly administration of vehicle and forklift inspection lists
- Liaison with HR around any HR related matters
- Creation and upkeep of operational manual library
Candidate Requirements
The successful candidate must have:
- Must have matric
- At least 5 years related experience in Debtors and Creditors administration
- Have a Strong understanding of technical / maintenance processes
- Excellent computer literacy (MS Office: Word, Outlook & Intermediate Excel skills)
- Experience in Job Card Process / System experience
- Experience with SharePoint will be advantageous
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational and planning skills and a good ability to prioritize workload
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Have excellent attention to detail.
- Customer service orientate
- Able to work with discretion.
