Employer: First Group (Club Leisure Group)
- The management of all Food & Beverage outlets at the Resort on behalf of First Resorts
- All duties associated with the management and control of the assets of the Resort
- Assistance in any food outlets, services, resorts or any other activities carried out by First Resorts.
- The Management of the performance of all staff and contract personnel employed at the Resort.
- Ensuring that all policies and standards set by the Management Agent of the employer are always strictly adhered to, with reference to the ongoing maintaining of KPI’s in relation to Food & Beverage outlets.
- Ensuring the adequate care and maintenance of all buildings, equipment and furnishing, including the provision of guest’s services, financial controls and administration.
- Ensuring that all staff and contract personnel employed at the Resort are always properly and adequately trained and fully conversant with all aspects of the duties they are required to perform.
- The implementation and management of guest services, entertainment programs and other guest facilities to the standards determined by the employer from time to time.
- The implementation of all systems, facilities and structures as determined by the employer from time to time with reference and emphasis on those related to Food & Beverage and KPI’s coupled thereto.
- The management and reporting on all such areas as determined by the Employer’s policy and procedures.
- To assist the General Manager and stand in for him from time to time during his absence.
Required Skills
- opera : 4 to 5 years
- micros : 4 to 5 years
- food and beverage manager : 2 to 3 years
- diploma in hotel management : 4 to 5 years
Candidate Requirements
- Strong Managerial Skills
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Strong Project Management skills
- Decision making and problem solving
- Strong financial acumen and administration skills
- Excellent knowledge of Food and Wine with a passion to drive revenue related to these competencies.
- Hands on kitchen skills
- Be able to communicate with guests at all levels and to be able to arrange and plan functions
- Drivers License
