An international company based in Cape Town has positions available for conversion agents to be a part of dynamic marketing team. We have a growing footprint into Africa. We are a strategic partner for delivering a full range of basic to complex processes from our eight delivery centres across the globe. 5 different locations around the globe, include France, United Kingdom, Italy and Spain - Potentially be relocated to anyone of those locations in Europe.

Duties and responsibilities:
Handle majorly outbound sales calls from marketing leads. Ask the right questions to uncover customer needs with the view of generating a sale;
Handle service enquiries from customers. Take steps to retain customers;
Ensure customer advocacy scores are meeting or exceeding expectations;
Maintain policies and change details as needed;
Maintain accuracy of customer data;
Handle customer concerns and objections;
Adhere to underwriting guidelines;
Adhere to compliance guidelines when conducting business with customers;
Basic Salary Per Month (Gross): R7,000.00 – R9,000.00 (experience dependant)
Commission: UNCAPPED (The skies the limit - literally!)
Training: Provided upon commencement and on an ongoing basis;
Medical Scheme: Provided post successful completion of probation period;
