To lead, manage, motivate and direct the FCC CoE Team to ensure effective
execution on the mandate and scope of responsibilities as agreed from time to
time in alignment with the Financial Intelligence Centre Act, 2001 (the “FIC Act”)
and Alexander Forbes Policies and Procedures. Developing and maintain positive
relationship inclusive of greater CoE with stakeholders. Ongoing reporting and
improvement of the function’s value contribution to the organisation.
Required Skills
- anti-money laundering : 6 to 7 years
- risk management : 6 to 7 years
- Financial Crime Control : 7 to 8 years
Candidate Requirements
Degree and/or Senior Certificate, qualification in Audit/Compliance/Data and/or Risk Management and/or similar relevant qualification
• 5 years plus experience in a senior role in Financial services
• Sound understanding of the Financial Services industry, including Regulatory
• Certification as Anti-Money Laundering (AML) officer preferable (CAMS or equivalent)
