We are looking for an experienced Client service administrator / Financial advisor to join our Life Insurance client towards Pretoria

Offer clients advice on premiums, policies, loans, payments

Attend to policy cancelations

Update client policy details on the system

Liaise with back office on client documentation

Persuade client to keep policy by offering different solutions

Matric

RE 5 certificate

Must have: Class of business: long term insurance and investments

Must have: CPD: long term insurance and investments

DOFA certificate

Wealth management certificate - 120 FAIS credits - an advantage

At least 2 years' working experience in a Life insurance industry, 1 year client service experience
