The role of the Research Analyst is to contribute to the overall achievement set for the department. This will be done by researching and analysing media coverage to obtain insight for all stakeholders in order to provide an accurate account of information on relevant media trends and issues.
Manage analysis for assigned clients,
Position Focal Points as the thought leader in the business of media analysis,
Attend client meetings as required,
Client database management,
Research database management,
Follow up on client queries,
Assist with departmentel queries,
Communication with colleagues are constant to ensure synergy within the team,
Communicate with clients and relevant Client Relationship Consultants to ensure clients' analysis needs are understood and met,
Lead Focal Points in a manner that enables personal growth and team work,
Allocate work in accordance to research analysts and analysts capabilities, skill and interest,
Update the monthly schedule on a daily basis,
Ensure effective inter-departmental communicqation to set up and meet objectives,
Ensure department efficiency by designing and evaluating methods and procedure for data collection,
Provide relevant training for newcomers at Newsclip and Focal Points,
Ensure that Focal Points' deadlines are met.

Completed Master's Degree,
2-3 Years of proven research experience,
