To be the custodian to HR operations and be impartial
To ensure policies and procedures (rules) are adhered to
Ensure all legal compliance within HR process, practices and policies are in place
Ensure HR programme and projects are delivered on time and to achieve the intended outcomes
Co-ordinate all training and development interventions, update all training reports and registers
Co-Ordinate monthly payroll administratio
Conduct induction and orientation programme ito policies and procedures to employees from time to timeGive guidance to employees in personal difficult situations
Ensure reporting to HR Manager and Factory Manager on proposal for short time.
Liaise with all employees or departments should there be short timeEnsure labour staff grievances and requests are attended to and report to HR manager on major issueMonitoring absenteeism on the production flEnsure clock card procedures are adhered to correctly
Ensure time sheets are signed off for payroll and assist Liaise with unions from time to timEnsure monitoring of new recruitments
Assist department with obtaining employee from Workforce with the relevant employee requisitions
Arrange all disciplinary proceedings or documents and report same to HR Manager also arrange disciplinary with Workforce
Min 2 years experience as HR Assistant
