Must have demonstrated success with career in sales THROUGH DISTRIBUTION CHANNELS
Must know plastics manufacturing
Must have a good knowledge of the target customer base and the commercial and legal environment of distributors and agents
Ability to do market segmentation and setting up of channels to customers
Proven record of being able to manage and deliver excellent sales results
Positive/can do/team player/hard working/results orientated/honest person
Good administrative/quality orientated / presentable person
Degree or diploma preferred
High quality persons in the age group up to forty to join a business with high level aspirations
Responsibilities are to generate more sales volume for products by doing the following:
SALES through channels
The full product sales role from plan to sales/marketing/quotes/order taking to scheduling and product development. Achieve sales and market share targets in identified segments
Manage price at recommended selling price per product guidelines.
Develop and manage sound customer relationships
Ensure customer calling (internal and external) is executed accordingly
Conduct monthly customer reviews
Handle customer and consumer complaints and queries
Manage product quality according to established quality standards
Manage sales administration requirements
Desired Experience & Qualification
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role
An technical qualification will be an advantage
Proven record of being able to manage and deliver on instructions and tasks.
Excellent work ethic - Positive/can do/team player/hard working/results orientated/honest person.
Good administrative/quality orientated / presentable person.
Experience in Plastics Manufacturing or Food & Beverage Industry is essential
