JOB DESCRIPTION AND KEY RESPONSABILITIES:
• Assisting customers – through inbound support and outbound
• Responding to all incoming customer queries, via all contact mediums (i.e. calls, live chat, e-mail and social media).
• Ensuring that all inbound contacts presented during shift are dealt with during the required SLA timeframes and manner.
• Fluent in written and spoken Spanish
• A clear voice and excellent telephonic and written communication skills
WORKING HOURS (6 days on/4days off):
• 6 am – 16 pm (2 days)
• 13 pm -23 pm (2 days)
• 21 pm – 7 am (2 days)
• 4 days off
• Rosebank – Johannesburg
• R18 000 Basic + benefits
