Provide consultancy services to the designated clients in line with skills and competencies outlined above.
Take on the responsibilities of Team Leader supervising other consultants as and when required.
Identify and recommend opportunities for improvement within the product & delivery methodologies, processes and procedures
Development of equipment maintenance strategies using RCM principles
Development of asset management lifecycle strategies
Design and implementation of work management systems, including:
Planning processes and procedures
Scheduling processes and procedures
KPI design and implementation
Facilitation of defect elimination programs, including:
Data extraction and cleansing
Failure Analysis Modelling
Root Cause Analysis
Demonstrated skills in safety management, risk awareness and hazard identification
High level interpersonal skills together with effective communication skills
Ability to use standard PC computing systems, i.e. MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Diploma or tertiary qualifications in a related engineering discipline.
Initiative and self-motivation.
Demonstrated competency in report writing and group presentation skills.
Min 5 - 7 years in similar role / strong communication skills - ability to write reports / deliver training / participate in maintenance audits as when required
Ability to be flexible - based at various sites across SA/ iwithin mining operations (away from home for possible extended periods)
