·       We have a position available for a Account Manager in KZN to generate and maintain the growth of Experian clients. The successful individual will be required to travel to clients on a daily basis and ensure superior customer service and promptly identify and resolve problems that directly impact the client/company relationship.

Candidate Requirements

What you’ll be doing

·       Generate and maintain the growth curve of Experian

·       Identify areas of where Experian has the opportunity to cross and up sell

·       Create awareness of Experian’s products and how to utilise it correctly

·       Ensure superior customer service is offered at all times to all clients

·       Promptly identify and resolve problems that directly impact the client / company relationship

·       Achieve and exceed set targets and objectives through the successful implementation of core and value-added solutions

·       Administration including regular reporting

 

What is required

·       NQF Level 4- Matric (Grade 12)

·       Own transport

·       3-5 years external sales experience (preferably at a credit bureau / financial sector)

·       Proven track record of sales targets met and exceeded

·       Training experience

·       Computer Certificate (or similar qualification) would be advantageous

·       Proficient in MS Office

·       Basic IT troubleshooting

·       Experience in installing software
