A company assisting entrepreneurs and large companies through flexible workspace offerings and an enabling business ecosystem which hosts various events. Providing cost-effective private offices, virtual office assistants, coworking workspaces and membership packages which cater for companies as big as 100 people. 

The sales executive will be required to call on new corporate clients and arrange meetings for the CEO/sales manager. Once the employee is prepared enough, he/she can meet new clients with a view to closing deals. The employee will be given all the resources and training required, and they will report into the CEO and sales manager.

Salary Commission only:

  • 5% of the entire lease value up to 3 years 
  • Commission only, but loan advancement available 
  • Full working set up provided by the employer 
  • Out of pocket expenses refunded to the employee


  • Generate sales from the following target market: 
    • Corporate companies
    • 20-50 employees
    • International businesses with satellite offices in South Africa 
    • Local small to medium sized businesses 
    • Finance and business service sectors
    • All professional service industries 
    • Examples of existing TBE tenants include Expedia (60 pax), Macquarie Bank (25 pax) and BOLT (70 pax) 
  • Target Contacts:
    • International companies - country managers, GM’s, global property managers, real estate managers, directors of Africa 
    • Local companies - CFO, FD, FM, CEO, MD, PA’s to all, office managers, property/facilities managers 
  • Reports and Tools:
    • Sales KPI report 
    • Marketing Brochure, Marketing Video, Virtual Viewings Tours and Website
    • Financial comparison tool
