The individual we are looking for, Must be qualified with a relevant degree and must have proven experience in creating and managing new business administrative processes and procedures.
This individual will focus on the importance of bringing administration into the IT spectrum and creating a framework where in all busniess units administrative needs are optimised and readily available through the use of proper processes as well as where possible new technologies.
We will expect of the individual to anlyse current business processes as well as ecommend new processes that will optimise the business flow.
The individual must understand have working knowledge of business intelligence (2+ years).
Working on or already have a MBA
Analyse current systems and processes, providing detailed reports regarding these processes as well as advising on how to improve these processes.
Create detailed documentation on all business processes.
Examine processes and identify methods of streamlining.
Provide admnistrative expertise to other departments in order to maximise efficiency.
Be the Custodian of the Company's processes.
The candidate must have practical experience and understanding of organisational change management
There is an existing Administrative department in place and the role will support their day to day functionality, whilst inserting a new emphasise on strategic changes that will benefit accross the business.
The role will develop and evolve with time and as such the individual must understand change as well as enable a change culture to flourish.
