Candidate Requirements

·         Relevant qualification

·         Tertiary qualification of a Marketing or Sales Diploma advantage.

·         Previous public Relations and Communication Diploma.

·         Min 3 years’ experience in a Customer Service Manager position.

·         Computer literate

·         Training of staff.

·         Must have previous Distribution Centre experience from a Retail or FMCG or Pharmaceutical experience.

·         Manage and lead staff.

·         Oversee all the day to day operations.

·         Staff supervision

·         Customer service excellence.

·         Administration

·         Motivated.

·         Self-disciplined.

·         Budgets

·         Monitor inventory levels.

·         Follow policies and procedures

·         Communication is vital between all the branches.

·         Report writing.
