Key Responsibilities

• Sourcing and circulation of new opportunities
• Management of pipeline and reporting
• All tasks normally associated with office work, filing, administration
• Tender planning and logistics:
   o Compiling and filing of all documents, including tender documents.
   o Database registration
   o Filling in of tender documents
   o Keep records of tenders submitted
   o Preparations of monthly tender reports
   o Sourcing of RFP documents
   o Updating tender register
• Minutes taking and setup of meetings
• Sending out BD related communication to entire firm
• Market/industry research
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
• Attend to internal and external queries
• Monitoring BD related mailboxes

Qualifications & Experience

• Grade 12
• 2-3 years’ experience in Administration and administrative or secretarial qualification
• Computer literacy (MS Office, specifically Excel and Word)
• Written and verbal communication skills
• Report Writing and Minute taking
• Organizational Skills (setting up meeting/ tender packs)
• Time management skills
• Interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of Government Tender processes
• Ability to converse in at least two official languages Candidate Requirements Required Skills.
