Our areas of expertise include HIV and TB care and treatment, Maternal and childcare and education programs, pharmacy automation, medical male circumcision, and cervical cancer diagnosis and treatment.
RTC -Malawi in collaboration with PSI will be implementing VMMC project in two districts of Mulanje and Phalombe Districts in the southern region. RTC-Malawi seek to fill the following open positions on a 36 months fixed term contract and to be based at our Blantyre Offices.
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS
§ Implementation of high quality VMMC programming through the provision of technical guidance and capacity building across staff system.
§ Build strategic partnerships with stakeholders in the VMMC and HIV/AIDS sector, including donors.
§ Support and participate in activities to contribute to country programme growth in the Health sector and specifically in VMMC and HIV/AIDS Program Management
§ Manage, implement and coordinate VMMC program as per program agreements.
§ Manage and supervise district teams in coordination with District team leads
§ Lead in achieving the project targets within agreed timelines, budgets and specifications
§ Draft and prepare workplan and technical reports for management reviews.
§ Conduct monthly, quarterly bi-annual and annual meetings with the Programme teams to plan monitor and evaluate programme performance
§ Prepare monthly, quarterly, bi-annually and annual reports for the Programme and submit timely
