Technical Managed Services Sales and Business Development/Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities 

  • Promote and sell TRG’s range of products and services
  • Identify and acquire new customers
  • Ideally have some technical / architect / domain experience or background. Prior exposure or a strong interest in cyber security is a definite advantage
  • Build and maintain pipeline of potential customers by developing and managing relationships with prospects
  • Forecast new business prospects that result in successful client relationships and sales
  • Identify key decision makers whilst developing and qualifying new business opportunities within the targeted markets through cold calling, networking and high-level prospecting.
  • Articulate the value proposition of TRG’s products and help the customer understand how it will improve their business.
  • Follow up on marketing leads to generate new sales opportunities and pipeline

Candidate Requirements

Experience 

  • Previous experience sourcing clients that require IT project services, IT licensing and procurement services, IT managed services and IT managed security services is required.
  • Demonstrable experience calling on and selling to senior decision makers – in both business and IT.
  • Solid and credible relationships with key decision makers in the SME market.
  • Ability to qualify and prioritize prospects, and generate opportunities through prospecting, networking and relationship building.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication, listening, presentation, and writing skills.
  • Strong business orientation and commercial acumen. 
  • Results focused and ability to execute successful plans.
  • An outgoing, focused and organized person with a strong will to succeed.
