An opportunity has arisen in the Export Department for a self-driven and motivated individual who will be responsible for the following:
Develop and Implement Strategic and Operational plan
Implement sales and distribution plans to meet customer requirements and outsmart the competition
Ensure that shipments are in compliance with the laws and regulations governing the export industry
Order counselling with customers
Brand Shop Management
Identify the appropriate retail zones for company Brand Store implementation, in line with global targets
Manage the installation of such Brand Stores from start to opening with partner and COMPANY marketing company HSAD
Continuously monitor sales and brand identity compliance by the brand stores
Grow sales of premium models through the Brand Stores
Report weekly and monthly or as requested to the stake holders (Local/RHQ/HQ) on Brand Stores sales performance, promotional activities, issues, opening
pipelines.
Marketing Initiatives
Develop promotional campaigns to increase brand awareness and sales
Ensure good product knowledge through regular training of trade partners
Establish and compile catalogue requirements in line with customer needs
Working with marketing to develop appropriate marketing materials for the export division
Providing global market intelligence and competitor activity reports to the GMT
Work with Supply Chain and Product management team to deliver the most effective distribution channels from supplier to customer
B2B biz management
Marketing and promotional planning
PSI Management for sell out
Regular reporting on market and competitors
Managing Projects
New project management, private sector and B2B business, ensuring COMPANY products and business solutions
Leads generation and update project status
Uploading and tracking of projects on Building Registration Management System (BRMS)
Sales and Profitability
Produce a detailed annual business operating plan
Budget management
Drive sales in Mozambique territory create opportunities for business development.
Inventory Management
Monitor and ensure that shipments are in compliance with the laws and regulations governing the export industry
Organize and prepare for demand planning process
Monitor Business Performance
Keeping track with the trends affecting business both locally and internationally
Compile business performance reports on a monthly/quarterly basis in all two languages – Portuguese and English
Communicating with Demand Planners to check shipment schedule and progress
Weekly Competitor reporting and analysis of information in all two languages and send to company
Resolve/ Follow up Issues related to Service, AR, Credit, etc.
Required Qualifications and Experience
Business Degree/Diploma in Sales
3 – 7 years Sales experience
Fluency in Portuguese and English is essential and non negotiable
Certification of Portuguese language nivel mid or up
Experience and knowledge MS Office(Excel, Powerpoint, Word)
Working experience in various cultures is strongly preferred, especially the Portuguese
Solid knowledge of COMPANY products crucial
Experience and understanding of international trade and market demands
Certification of Project management professional

Candidate Requirements

Business Degree/Diploma in Sales
3 – 7 years Sales experience
