Dis-Chem Pharmacies’ in Delmas has an opportunity available for a Customer Liaison Consultant to join the team. The main purpose of this role will be to act as a liaison and provide product/ services information and resolve any concerns that our clients/ suppliers might face with accuracy and efficiency. The target is to ensure excellent service standards and maintain high customer satisfaction.


 


Minimum Requirements…


Essential:



  • Grade 12 / Matric

  • 2 - 5 years relevant customer service experience


 


Advantageous:



  • Relevant Customer Service Qualification


Job Specification…



  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.

  • Process all interactions necessary for the accurate managements of adherence calls.

  • Ensure a high standard of care and best practice is being delivered to the customer/ suppliers.

  • Ensure speedy resolution of client complaints and recommend solutions to the business unit to assist in identifying better ways of providing a service.

  • Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.

  • Act as mediator between and among staff and clients to enhance communication and resolve conflicts.

  • Actively nurture and grow meaningful supplier relationships

  • Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner

  • Create and maintain project delivery timelines

  • Keep record of communication to internal and external stakeholders about milestones and progress

  • Correctly and accurately take down customer information in order to process order

  • Prepare order reports for management.

  • Provide feedback on the efficiency of customer service process.

  • Log all resolved and unresolved queries on a daily basis for reporting purposes.

  • Compile daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly activity reports for submission to the manager

  • Liaise with various stakeholders to discuss sales performances and act accordingly.

  • Present to the management team each month on headline stats and analysis with recommendations for changes.

  • Optimize sourcing procedures to attain maximum efficiency.

  • Invent negotiation strategies and secure profitable deals.

  • Generate and implement efficient sourcing and category management strategies.


Competencies


Essential:



  • Ability to work under pressure

  • Deadline driven

  • Prior medical Product knowledge

  • Have extensive and operational knowledge to assist in resolving member queries.


Advantageous:



  • 2nd Additional language
