We are looking for a team member to take charge of the new Growth Team within the HyperionDev Product Marketing Department. The Growth Manager will be responsible for  initiating and trialing new Marketing & Advertising activities both in SA and overseas and to pass on the positive and profitable trials to the Engagement team.

 KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Implement and manage our overseas Marketing & Advertising, trial new GEOs, research international affiliates and work on our Thought Leadership via events, PR and Influencers.
  • Optimisation and Innovation of our Advertising  
  • Drive the build and optimisation of our CRO, improve messaging and content, bootcamp pages and nurturing campaigns.
  • Drive all our B2B initiatives in 2020, assist with defining strategy, event marketing, host events with industry partners and assist with advertising our Placements offering. 

Candidate Requirements

 

Essential

  • A University Degree in Marketing or related field.
  • Experience building a comprehensive digital marketing strategy and campaigns from the ground up.
  • Highly quantitative with the ability to assess complex advertising datasets and derive actionable insights from hundreds of metrics tracked each month.
  • Thorough understanding of various online and offline marketing funnels.
  • Detailed understanding of Google Marketing Tools; Google Ads, Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Lighthouse, Search Console etc.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • A self‐starter who thrives in a fast‐paced environment

Desired

  • 3 - 5 years of direct, growth focused experience in digital marketing, B2B, SaaS and startup experience.
