Regal Distributors requires an experienced and dedicated Business Development Manager at our Sybrand Park Branch.
- Ensure sales targets are met.
- Build portfolio of customers, both existing and new.
- Analyse and monitor purchase activities of each customer.
- Monitor sales trends in the industry and amongst customers.
- Customer service excellence, focusing on the retention and churning of customers.
- Source new business and maintain existing clients.
- Ensure business like telephonic and email communication with customers.
- Ensure timeous responses to emails and telephonic queries.
- Provide prices on request and advise on boxed quantities where possible.
- Offer additional products and specials after the order has been placed and offer alternate products when the exact product is not in stock.
- Advise management on product needs including monthly product projections and reporting on projects.
