We are looking for a passionate and hard working candidate to join the staff of a well established company based in Gauteng.

Requirements:

  • manage staff with clear instructions and delegation so that all daily operations run smoothly and all staff know what is expected of them
  • effectively manage all event procedures and controls at a senior level to ensure professional efficiency and high standards of quality in all departments
  • prioritise all aspects of customer service  
  • build a competent and motivated team across all departments through confident and caring leadership.

 


Candidate Requirements

  • Matric essential
  • bachelor’s degree / diploma in operational management or hotel management
  • good telephonic and report writing skills
  • computer literacy (Opera, Micros, MyMicros, Word, Excel, Outlook and Power Point)
  • strong leadership and practical management abilities
  • a proven keen customer service focus
  • a minimum of three years’ banqueting management experience in a 3 or 4 star hotel.
