Employer: Isilumko Staffing (CPT)

The intern will be supporting the Social Investment Adviser to drive the increase in employee volunteering as part of employee value proposition. The intern will also provide administrative support to the Internal Programmes. 

·        Project managing all volunteer projects;

·        Preparing written communicating the outcome on all projects;

·        Administration of the companies give-as-you-earn programme (Cashworx);

·        Administration of the Bursary programme;

·        Maintaining the records for social investment spend for BBBEE audit;

·        Creating a mentorship programme for employees to mentor bursars


Candidate Requirements

Matric Certificate 

Relevant Terciary Qualification ( Degree / BTech)

  • Communciation Degree
  • Project Management Degree 
  • Marketing Degree 

Must be PC Literate 

Must have the ability to sell and pursuade as sales is required 

Client facing will be a requirement 

Ability to negotiate
