Location: Lynwood, Pretoria.


A large and established international Energy concern has a fantastic opportunity for a young and dynamic PA, who is keen to grow and learn, to assist their CEO and CFO on a full-time basis.


Key Responsibilities:

•           First point of contact for the CEO/CFO as required

•           Manage diaries and organise meetings and appointments

•           Book and arranging travel, transport and accommodation

•           Organise events as required

•           Track important tasks and deadlines for the CEO/CFO

•           Draft, compile and prepare reports, presentations and correspondence

•           Manage documentation and file as required

•           Implement and maintain procedures and administrative systems as required

•           Liaise with staff, suppliers and clients

•           Collate and submit expenses

•           Conduct research and analysis as required

Required Skills

  • manage diaries : 2 to 3 years
  • Organize Events : 2 to 3 years
  • Prepare Reports, Presentations and correspondence : 2 to 3 years

Candidate Requirements

Key Requirements:

•           Fluent in English

•           Computer literate with good knowledge of and experience in Microsoft Office, including MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint

•           Own transport would be advantageous
