Responsibilities:

Handling majorly inbound and outbound calls

·       Process new business, renewals, amendments and cancellations of policies and change details as needed

·        Identify customers needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide  solutions and /or alternatives


Candidate Requirements

·         Matric

·         Criminal and credit clear

·         Strong ability to communicate at all levels with clarity and precision

·         Ability to work shifts
