Employer: ManpowerGroup South Africa
Experienced Precinct/ Centre Manager with Commercial and Retail property experienced required to lead a team. The purpose of the role is to oversee the property’s performance with the goal of adding value by growing income and maximising return.

Responsibilities:



  • Formalise a strategic plan for the property and make recommendations to the portfolio manager regarding re-engineering, streamlining and risk balancing for the property;

  • Improve the property (upgrades, renovations, development) in order to achieve its maximum potential;

  • Conduct an annual risk and exposure analysis and review of current and potential risks;

  • Conduct a monthly performance analysis of the property in terms of performance against budgets and relevant industry benchmarks;

  • Utilise market research and market intelligence in order to deliver on the marketing strategy to include target market identification, compilation on tenant mix and tenant procurement;

  • Control capital expenditure for refurbishments and improvements to the property;

  • Build and maintain relationship with tenants and prospective users of the property;

  • Align, interpret and implement the actual output of property and lease administration and operational functions with the output expected by business operations;

  • Ensure that property and lease administration is well administered;

  • Ensure the effective management of tenant accounts as it relates to the interaction with relevant stakeholders and functional areas and necessary resolution of relevant issues;

  • Assess staff functions within the respective functional areas and conduct regular performance; reviews and effectively manages all reporting staff;


           


Requirements:


Non negotiables:



  • 6 Years relevant Property experience;

  • 5 years financial experience in property management;

  • 5 years leasing experience;

  • Grade 12 coupled with a relevant commercial tertiary qualification;


 


Advantageous:



  • 1 + years operational/facilities experience.
