Candidate Requirements

Formal Education: Matric

Certification: A+ is essential and N+ will be an advantage.

Experience: Previous IT field support experiennce beneficial.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Installing the X/procure® frontend software.
  • Provide training on the X/procure® frontend Software.
  • Basic PC (Hardware / Software) troubleshooting.
  • Troubleshooting and supporting the X/procure® Frontend Software.
  • Form part of a team that provides 2nd line line field support to the X/procure customer base.
