Retentions Sales Agent / Telesales Account Manager

Location: Cape Town, South Africa

A great new opportunity just landed!

An established, leading and growing BPO in Cape Town CBD is recruiting Retentions Sales Agent’s / Telesales Account Manager(s) URGENTLY to cross-sell products and services via outbound calls and emails to an international clientele base.

What will the job involve? Successful candidates will be required to engage with clients through various mediums to improve their brand experience and use listening and questioning skills to identify sales opportunities. 
The role will also entail the assistance and support of sales-, marketing- and other departments regarding customer requests in order to optimise sales and retention. 

Remuneration Package:

Basic Salary Per Month (Gross): R 10,000.00 - R 15,000.00 (dependant on experience)
Commission: UNCAPPED
Staff Transport available
Medical benefits (to be discussed at the interview)
Training: Provided upon commencement and on an ongoing basis
Shift Hours: Will be discussed at interview

Candidate Requirements

The characteristics of the candidate:

- Passionate about sales, positive individual who is confident, results-driven and works well under pressure.  
- A team player with leadership skills, able to use their own initiative and work unsupervised.

The ideal candidate will need to have the following requirements:

- Minimum Grade 12 qualification
- Tertiary qualification (advantageous) 
- Proven communication skills in English
- A minimum of 2 - 3 year’s experience in a sales-driven call centre environment 
- Clear criminal and credit record (verification and necessary checks will be undertaken)
