Candidate Requirements



  • Daily Sales Reports: send all relevant reports to management, staff and to the Finance departmentBank Account – Send Cash Apps confirmation of how to allocate the bank account, send payment confirmation to customer service to release orders
  • Age Analysis: Check daily for overdue accounts, cash sales that need to be allocated and accounts that are over their credit limit.
  • Invoicing: Assisting the warehouse with Invoicing of Cash Sales, or any accounts on hold or over the credit limits
  • Commercial Invoices: Processed from Sage to word to remove discounts to provide correct documentation for customs.
  • Filing: All the previous days invoices are filed daily.
  • POD’s: Proof of Deliveries, is a daily task, this is requested by our customers.
  • Internal Transfers: Assisting ABSA bank with all necessary information to release international transfers into our bank accoun
  • Bad Dedt: Assisting Finance with all necessary details for customers, who need to be handed over, in order for the company to make a provision thereof
  • Ensure there are no old collections in the warehouse, contact customers who have not collected their goods.  Assist with the Switchboard. Assisting AR when absent or on leave
  • Refunds: Sending all relevant documents to Finance when we need to refund a debtor.
  • Cash Sales: Collection of cash paying customers
  • New Accounts: Opening of all new Debtors Accounts, credit checks and account confirmation
  • Distributors: Assisting with all documentation and updates for distributors
  • Customer Files: Keeping all customer files up to date, with all relevant new documentation and ensuring credit application are up to date.




  • Full Functionality of a Health and Safety Representative
  • All check lists
  • Regular spot checks need to be done once a week
  • Monthly meetings
  • Service contractors – Ensuring we comply
  • Assisting the SVA Consultant with their monthly audit
  • Maintaining of all files
  • Ensuring all documentation is in order and all relevant staff members have valid certificates to assist with all Health and Safety regulations
